Privacy Policy

What we collect

Supapoints collects only what is necessary to provide the service:

• — Account information — your email address, provided when you sign up through Clerk.
• — Wallet data — the credit cards you add to your account and any notes you attach.
• — Benefit usage — which credits you've marked as used, so we can track your utilization.
• — Spending profile — monthly spending estimates you enter in the Card Advisor, stored to personalize recommendations.

What we never collect

• — Bank account credentials, account numbers, or any financial login information.
• — Transaction data — we do not connect to Plaid or any bank data aggregator, ever.
• — Credit scores or credit reports.
• — Payment card numbers.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide Supapoints features: tracking your benefit credits, personalizing card recommendations, and displaying your wallet. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

Authentication

Authentication is handled by Clerk. Supapoints does not store your password. Clerk's privacy policy governs the handling of authentication credentials.

Affiliate links

Some links on Supapoints are affiliate links. If you apply for a credit card through our links, we may earn a commission from the card issuer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate link clicks are tracked anonymously for commission attribution purposes only.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how people use the product. These tools collect anonymized usage data (page views, feature interactions). No personally identifiable information is shared with these services beyond what is standard for web analytics.

Data retention and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes all wallet data, benefit usage history, and spending profile data. We may retain anonymized aggregate data after deletion.
